Ingrid Michaelson

In 2009 I discovered Ingrid Michaelson.  I listened to her for days on end, learning the words and feeling the feelings.  I've bought every album she's ever made, including all her singles.  In the 5 years since I discovered her, she's played in Vancouver at least three times.  Each time she came, she played at the Commodore, a venue that you have to be 19 to get into.  Well, after waiting for yeeeears to finally be old enough to get in, this past weekend I got to see her.  It was the most amazing concert I've ever seen in my entire life.  I stood in the front row belting out the songs, taking pictures and recording mini videos.  I was expecting the show to consist mainly of songs off her newest album, but, to my delighted surprise, she played so many songs from past albums too!  I could go on and on and on about how amazing the experience was but I won't.  I hope your weekend was fantastic and that the coming week treats you well!
