London Fog

It was recently brought to my attention that, although the name suggests it originated in London, the London Fog was actually invented in Vancouver! I have been a fan of these since my best friends sister got me one in grade eight.  It felt like a grownup drink but tasted kind of like fruit loops.  Now that I'm a mature coffee drinking adult (HA) I don't enjoy a good old London Fog frequently enough.  But because they're so easy to make and taste so darn good, I think these will be made far more frequently! Now, enough nattering! Here's the recipe you're really here for!

  • 1/2 cup of strong Earl Grey tea
  • 1/2 cup of steamed milk
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp of sugar

combine all these together et voila, you've got yourself a tasty beverage! (I like how we've got British, Canadian, and French all interwoven in this post, so much culture)

The weather here is sucky, so I'm going to go make another one of these and snuggle up with some stats. Try not to be too jealous!
